i have some numbers of fileNames and want to search in my pc.
i don't know where the file saved and also some of the files have saved in different location (Means drive C: or D.
i just want to make a list of selected files path in Column A.
Now i am doing
Start
Search
putting file name with comma separated
above search window show me the current path of the file.
i want that path list(Filewise) in Column A.
please suggest me.
Here is a sample script for book1.xls and book2.xls for disk drives C: and F:
You would modify these lines to incorporate your filenames and your disk drives.

Copy the lines (with your modifications) to a simple text file called mohan.bat
Run the .bat file (with administrative privileges) and it will produce a .csv file on your desktop (it may take a while to run)
The .csv will contain the full path
