Post Copy Conditional Formatted (duplicate values) data to New Sheet in same workbook

    Hello Everyone,

I am working on an excel sheet which has data from Col A to Col G.
I first do a conditional formatting for data in Col G to highlight duplicates.

Now I am trying to copy the highlighted (duplicate values) cells in Col G and the entire row to another sheet in the same workbook.
I do this manually of copy > paste each row to the new sheet.

Is this possible to be done by VBA wherein a Macro will copy all highlighted cells in Col G and entire row to another sheet.

PS: I work with data which will have approx 10,000 + rows.. Please can someone assist me with a Macro .. !!

    Cheers
    Ashyn :-)

    Hello efernandes67,

I have tried to replicate my file & draft a sample for you.

I have mentioned few points in the Excel file as well. I hope I am able to convey my message clearly on what my requirement is..!!

Thank you very much for extending me your support.

PS: I am not very sure about the Columns .. it could be Col G or H

    Regards,
    Ashyn

Column G and H are the same when it comes to duplicate, so I used column H

    Hello AB33,

Thank you very much for the post.. but for some reason your code is not working for me

Point1. As per my sample I should get 20 rows copied to Sheet"Findings" but your macro is copying only 10 rows.

Point2. I need the header row (Row 1) as well to be copied to the Sheet"Findings"

PS: I have retained the formuals on the excel file & the conditional formatting for your reference & comfort.

Hope I have made my words clear..

    Cheers

There are 20 numbers with duplicates. It also means 10 duplicates. That is how duplicates are count in excel. Try to delete the duplicates you with CF and see if you can retain 20 duplicates.

    Hello AB33,

I totally agree to your point.. But as part of my daily activity on this file, I need to copy all rows with same numbers to another sheet & continue working on it..

Is there a possibility to write a code to copy all colored cells & the entire row to another sheet. This way I believe that all similar numbers can be copied ..

My only requirement is that Once I do Conditional Formatting to highlight duplicates, All the colored cells & its entire row should be copied to the "Findings" sheet. (Including the headers.)

I have been strugelling with this.. Please if someone can help me on this .. !!

    Cheers
