Use of hyperlinks - Auto-Hyperlinking - Advanced macro

    Good Morning All,

I've recently created a document control system which allows you to enter document details, create PDF transmittals and automatically stores their details in another sheet.

I've been using the system for a little while now, it works great but there's a couple of things I'd like to add to my macros to make work a little bit easier.

I've attached an example of my workbook to make my explination a little bit easier.

Firstly, when you click the select data button on the transmittal sheet it allows you to select what documents and contacts to auto fill the sheet with. After this you hit create PDF and it creates a pdf copy and logs the tranmittal info in a different sheet (Transmittal Register). On this other sheet, I take the transmittal number and create a hyperlink so when you click it it opens a copy of the PDF. I would like my macro to save the file in a specific location and automatically create this hyperlink to it.
    Is this possible?

Secondly, I have an automatic e-mail generator. When you open the workbook it checks if any documents are due for revision and automatically creates an e-mail to the person to remind them their document is due the next day. I'd also like to use the hyperlink for the transmittal PDF to automatically add the file as an attachment. Would this also be possible?

I know this one is probably a long shot, too complicated for myself to program anyways!

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance Macroids!

Any ideas? I've found a similar post here http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...le-659644.html
So at least I know it can be done, but deciphering how he's done it is proving to be difficult for me to wrap my head around

Does anyone know how to use this to fit into the PrintPDF sub above?

Which has to fit into the PrintPDR sub somewhere, I can't work out how to fit it in without causing an error.

Does anyone have any ideas at all? Can someone at least pop by to say hello? :P This thread is getting kinda lonely

Okay, Part 1 solved - I've managed to get the file to save as a hyperlink automatically.

I'll post the code incase anyone wants to steal it at any point.

My second question was using this hyperlink - (the text to display is different from the address) to auto attach the file to a generated e-mail. Does anyone have any idea's how to do this?
