Vlookup avec plusieurs résultats - TOP10

Hello,
I galley with a Macro in excel vba. In fact, I have a list of fault codes with their recurrence (NB.SI) and I try to get the top 10 codes that have appeared the most, but the problem is that with the function I creat I can't extract the codes which have the same recurrence, I think I need a code that checks for the presence of another fault code with the same NB.SI before puting it in the extraction list.
