highlight duplicate rows using textbox

hi
can any one tell me how to highlight duplicate rows (all the row not just cell "a")on a sheet based on textbox value
here on sheet4 i have data some of it duplicated for the reason of that the item could have been issued and returned numerous times,on the sheet is a textbox
but will probably put this on userform at a later date,i would like to enter say st0195 in textbox and all instances of that number highlighted so i can copy to a temp sheet to find out how many times its been issued/returned and the locations its been to,after sending to temp sheet undo highlight and get ready for another number, have tried various code from threads have left the latest one on which turns all duplicates red and does not entertain the textbox,the idea is i can build a history of each item ,if it gets damaged is it because the enviroment its been used in or just past its sell by date ect,various threads do different things
but none i can see that fits the bill
any help would be gratefully received

Step 3.
Select conditional formatting

Step 4
Select New Rule

Step 5
Select "Use a formula to determine....."

Step 6
Enter =$A3=$Q$2

Step 7
Select preferred style of formatting

Step 8
Select OK

Step 9
Test
