combobox issues... incomplete list

have you guys tried filling a combobox in a userform through a loop statement referenced on cells?
I noticed that when I do a loop to fill a combobox with about 200 entries for the list, it becomes incomplete... I mean the dropdown list is incomplete... strangely, it appears complete, but several entries (about half) is missing..

the code above is how I usually do it in the initialize procedure of a userform...
we noticed that certain entries are missing from a list of 200 names in sheet1 column a...

is it because the list has 200 entries??

I found out something.. the listbox works perfectly with the code I wrote above, it doesn't skip any from the 200 entries..
