Collate data monthly from different Tabs

Hi All !

Please Help,

I need collate data from all the tabs to a single tab(Main), PFA of example.

1. As this is monthly will have 30 or 31 tabs so need to collate data
2. On the main tab - All the Incident/Work Orders/Others should be added after removing duplicate data across all tabs and add the minutes.
3. With dates on the main date.

As this is my first post here, will require your help a lot.
Please let me know if you need more info.
