I have two spreadsheets with similar information. The first is a list of names and projects, the second has the list of names and projects corresponding to the first, but also contains hyperlink linking each project to a specific folder on the system. The first spreadsheet is updated regularly, while the second will not be. However i would like a way to keep the second spreadsheet automatically updated along with the first, so that when the time comes to update the second spreadsheet to correspond with the first, the person who is updating (not necessarily me, hence why I will need to keep it as updated as possible) will not have to manually compare the two spreadsheets and fill in the new information from the first spreadsheet to the second. I was thinking something similar to the 'Group' command but more dynamic. Maybe a button to click update when a new row/new cells with information is added to the first spreadsheet, that maybe looks for something like an empty cell (signifying new row/cell) or a string (signifying the new information) or something? Is this too complicated?
