Looping through a column to find maximum repeated value

Hi There,

I want to loop through column A in sheet1 and get the value that has maximum repetitions.

For example if the value "emp1" is repated maximum (5) times then i need emp1 details across all columns and rows

Once we get the value with maximum reptitions, for each value in the column C of sheet1 i need to add 3 columns in sheet 2 at the end until the second value in column C is equal to the first value. If the second value is not equal to the first value then it needs to add 2 number of columns at the end of the sheet.
