VBACode to check adjacent cell if a cell has specific text & highlite w conditional format

I need help with a macro. I need to go through column I to check for cells that are blank or contain value ‘N’. If it is blank, then I need to highlight the cells in red and prompt the user to fill it in. If it is ‘N’ then check the adjacent cell (column J) to see if it is blank. If blank then highlight it and prompt the user to fill it. Once the user fills those cells, the highlighting has to be turned off. Can anyone please help?
