I have a file that is pulling in text from another worksheet based on a vlookup. I need the formula to stay; however, as I sending this off as a report, how it looks it important. What I want. while the cell uses a formula, is it possible to have the formula pull the right data, but display the provided text even in the formula bar (user does not see formula)?
Send the copy as PDF or XPS (instead of an excel file)

PDF would not work (not familiar with XPS) as that changes it to a hard file. The purpose is the user can select an item (via drop down) in one column and related text pulls into this column. Right now my best choice seems to be wrap text so they can see all the text at once, but then the data in the other columns are not close together and harder to analyze. Ideally, it does not wrap and rather to read the cell, the user can just expand the formula bar.
To make clearer, I have uploaded the file. The drop down option is in column B, columns C through AU (with summary on row 22 which I want all 22 rows visible at once). Column AV has the text that is causing the issue.
This needs to be a live file that the user can change the drop down and data updates accordingly.
