Macro to insert an image in comment

I would like to insert a jpeg image as a comment in a cell that has the same word as the jpeg filename.
pls help...

to be clear:
1)I have a cell named "mango"
2)I want to insert "mango.jpeg" as a comment onto the same call from location "c:\picz"

Pls help wid a macro for the same....
