what is wrong with this code- error from vba code

Hi all,

The above sheet contains a user form. please click pink color button on sheet1 to display the userform1.
here we have 2 combo boxes and 2 text boxes. please click "+" button to see the 2nd combo box and text box.
this user form is designed for searching the two strings on a row.
when i try to search with two strings it is giving some error. please select v no from combo box 1 and give some no. , then select v name from combo box2 then type some letters, and "check" the and check box. then click on find. the list box1 will display the results for that criteria. i don't know what is wrong in the code but it is some error. can any one help on this. I am trying to do this from 2 days. but i didn't find anything. please help me..:mad:

Can't you upload to this forum? I'm not creating a user account just to view someone's code. You might find that a lot wont.
