Associating a cell value with several cells below... please read.

Hi Guys,

I am not going to try and explain but it will confuse you even more, but basically I want to link the value in a cell (Agent Name:*) to several cells below it, then stopping at the next (Agent Name:*), then linking that agent name to the next lot of cells etc..
I have attached a sample ss with Raw Data and a results tab, glad of any help..
