Restrict entry in various cells based on drop down choice in another cell

I have a drop down in cell E9 with a list of numbers from 1 - 10 from which you can choose the number of disk drives a server will have.

The user should then input the size of the disk drives into range H9:Q9 which represent disk drive space for disk drives 1 - 10.

If the user selects 4 disk drives from the drop down in c, they should not be able to enter data into disk drives no. 5 - 10 or range L9:Q9.

You can choose to display up to 20 servers from cell C2. Therefore hiding columns for the disk drives based on the choice of number of disk drives in cell E9 would not work as you can have a different choice for each server.

Can anyone suggest a way to restrict data entry based on the choice made for the number of disk drives for each server; Cells E9, E22, E35 and so on?

    Thank you for your help!
