The cells in your sheet may "look" empty, but something IN or "on" those cells is making them evaluate to "not-blank".
Two solutions...
1) You know there are no blanks and just want the error message suppressed:
2) You want to find a way to delete these row on cells that "look" blank but aren't really... post a sample workbook of this troublesome data and let us take a look.
Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
