Automatic Change Log Issue

I have code that automatically tracks changes to particular cells and displays those changes in a formatted worksheet. When deleting the contents of the cells that are tracked I get the appropriate (are you sure you want to change) message and it works right. The issue occurs when I try to delete more than one cell at a time. I get a Run-time error '13' type mismatch. I have bold and underlined the code that the debug points me to. Any thoughts on how to fix it?
