Student Attendance Tracking with magnetic reader

I am trying to learn Excel after being tasked to make an attendance tracker for my students using a magnetic card reader. I have been working on this for about 15 hours and really don't know how to do this (though excelforum has helped me get this far!).

My students have several meetings each year of which they can not attend all of them. I would like a new Meeting Sheet for each meeting where they swipe in with their ID card and it is read into preferably A2 (but you will see I couldn't quite do that in mine from the VBA I got) and the time is logged and their name appears (so they can confirm the swipe). If they are more than 10 minutes late they get 0.75 credit, more than 20 minutes late 0.50 credit and more than 30 minutes late 0.25 credit.

There is a sheet with the ID card # and their names

The master sheet then lists each person and their attendance for the number of meetings they attended and as a percentage but then I can enter in the actual number of meetings they could attend to give an accurate percentage of meetings attended. If possible also show a count of each of the credit: full (1.0), 0.75, 0.5, 0.25.

Whatever help you can give would be GREATLY appreciated. I asked my nieces and nephews who said they didn't know Excel well enough to help.
