Changing the syntax of working code fr deleting entire row to a cut/paste into another ws

Hi -

This following code is working perfectly to delete rows from my worksheet if there are particular terms in column L. The user would like me to have the rows cut and pasted onto another worksheet in the same file rather than delete the rows completely.

I tried to replace the delete commands with the following code but the macro hung up and when it did complete the loans were not deleted at all.
