Delete Rows Based On Cell Value (Without For-Next Loop)

I need to delete entire rows based on the value of a cell in the row. I'm currently using a For-Next loop to do it, but it takes forever. Plus about 100 more rows get added every day, so it will take longer and longer as time goes on. Anybody got a better way? I Googled around and a few people mentioned using AutoFilter, but I couldn't get any of their example code to work.
