Macro to open from specific worksheet each time for shared users.

I have a document with multiple worksheets in that is shared to lots of people. I wish to set a macro so that each time someone uses it, it will open on a specific sheet each time, as currently staff exit doc from any sheet and the next person that goes into it comes to that sheet and not the home/menu sheet.
