Macro to find text and delete active row and rows above/below

In an Excel 2010 document, I need to find the word "OME" in Column G, delete that entire line, two entire lines below it, and five entire lines above it.

Any suggestions? TIA!!!

There would be many occurrences of the word "OME" in Column G. I would always need to delete that entire line, two entire lines below it, and five entire lines above it.
