Want to add disply and edit command button in user form- :(

Hi,

i have created user form for data entry prepose which contains multiple information like code,company name,date,remarks etc.,
as well as i have already added some buttons as Submit data,clear & cancel.

but now i want to add display button over their(when i have entered code and click display button then it show all information in same user form),and the same with Edit button(where enter code and i can edit any information in same user form).

pls help on this,
