When file is opened, the row having current date scrolls to middle of screen

Hi,
I have really tried many things, but it seem I am not going anywhere.
I have column 1 ( A) having dates ( from 1 Jan 13 to 31 Dec 13 in order).
I am looking for a VB code or conditional formatting formula, where when file is opened the current date row is visible anywhere on the screen ( top / middle).
Otherwise I have to scroll up / down a lot.
Any help please.

But when I click on the sheet15 having your code it does not work.
I suspect it is interfering with something...
