    Insert account & sum accounts

    I have a data file that I would like to manipulate so that:

    1. Add a new record for each unique "Doc Number", where all data points is the same, except for "Account" which will be a standard "01-00-00-211110-00-000", "Dist Type" will be "2", "Debit" will be "0", and Credit figure will be the same as the "Purchase Amount".

    2. Any duplicate "Accounts" in a unique "Doc Number" will merge into one line with the Debit and Credits summed up.

    I've attached a file that shows the before and after of how the file would look like.

    Assistance with this problem would be great.
