I've asked a few people for help and they pointed me here.

I am searching for a way to have a series of 4 drop downs and two text files in one excel worksheet that when all information is selected or entered, a user can click a "submit" button and write the data selected to another worksheet in the same workbook.

I am thinking this could be a user form of some sort? I downloaded this sample but I keep getting out of memory error when running it. I have a Windows XP, Office 2010 32bit version.

Does anyone know how to set this up? Even if I can get one field/dropdown combination setup, I can study the code and understand how to set the others up. Is the attached document not the proper version?
