Cant figure out how to populate a form from multiple sheets

I need to populate the utilization sheet matching the equipment # off of my daily sheets cells e22:e50 and populate the utilization sheet with hours used from cell f8 next to the correct equipment #

I attached a file that should help explain better (I need to look up and automatically fill in the utilization sheet)

Hopefully someone can show some pity on a Novice and help me out
