Help with macro to combine rows

I am trying to figure out how to create a macro that will take the show titles to the first row based on the customer number so that each person only has one row with any shows they have seen listed out. Any help would be much appreciated. I have been watching some online videos and checked out a book on this, but I am struggling to get all the things i want to happen.

    thanks

A macro isn't necessary. There is a feature of excel called "Unique Values". If you highlight the values in column A and go to the Data tab of the ribbon and click Advanced in the Sort & Filter section you should see a unique value only check box. Select that and it should give you the results you desire. If you want to delete the extra rows look at a feature called remove duplicates.

i am able to reduce it to one row per person but i am having trouble getting the shows in row k to move. only the show in the first row that stays is still appearing. in using the advanced feature i don't see any spot where you can make additional choices for that

Well! I think this thread has been around for over 3 days. In fact, you have been posting it as duplicate for 3 times now. I have been watching it, but did not want to say anything as you have not received a solution. Rob was also involved. Your original request was difficult to follow the logic, so I will let others to butt in, so hopefully, you would get a solution.

thanks - yea after i started watching some more detailed videos i found from one of the other posts, i realized that it would have to be in separate parts because what i wanted to happen were too different so the initial post was incorrect. i experimented with the ribbon that two people suggested but could only get that to de-dup not move the shows up. i tried creating a macro but couldn't get it it apply to the whole spreadsheet, only the first instance.
