Save(Append) existing cellvalues to comma-separated file

Greetings!

Been surfing in here like mad for a solution, without any results. I need a macro/macros for this

- User types in different values in cells B2:B7 (numbers, text, date, whatever)
- User clicks a button which save all values in the range B2:B7 to an exisiting file, separated by comma
- Clear the data in B2:B7
- User types in more data, clicks save, which store the values in B2: B7 to the same file as above, but not overwriting
