Copy and paste values shifting 1 row down each time

I have a results table which will be populated from different values each week and am aiming to create a button which will export these values to a summary sheet and paste into the next free row.

Ideally everytime the button is pressed it will paste the values into the next free row.

My attempt at the code is below. I think it's too basic as it works for the first button click, but doesn't seem to do anything after that.

If possible I'd also like to see a timestamp on the same row of the summary sheet for when the data is exported to this location, but I can't get this to work and have so far failed using worksheet.change macros as it seems that pasting via vba doesn't trigger a change and as such am lost on this 1!
