Help Needed with Find and Replace Macro

I've spent a good part of the morning searching for an answer to my question to no avail.

What I am trying to accomplish:
One workbook with two worksheets
Worksheet 1 has a listing of vendor ID's
Worksheet 2 has a table of old vendor ID's and their replacement ID's

These vendor ID's change frequent so I would like to be able to have a script that I can run and so Worksheet 1's Vendor ID's get updated with updates from Worksheet 2.

Attached is a basic sample file.

In the example there is one Vendor ID that exists on sheet1(Vendors) and the old vendor column (A) in sheet 2 (The ID is 55164)
