Scanning two bar-codes into excel and validating the data.

Hello All,

I am working on a spreadsheet which I have attached with this post. I want the user to scan a frame (barry...pat...porter etc...) and then scan a nest. If the nest matches the frame then a green box will appear, if they don't then a red box will appear. This is to ensure we do not use the wrong nest for the frame or vise versa.

Can I have some guidance on how to start the validation.
