Enter text in same cell using alt+enter

Hi,

I have the macro to select the text using the alt+enter. But I am not able to enter new text below the text that already exist. It is replacing the old with new. Could someone help me.

I have attached the macro file.

It is still replacing the old text and taking the new selection.

This works now. Is it possible to keep validation if we try to select the same name in the cell which shouldn't allow. For eg. If I select Dave and Bill it should not allow me to select Dave again.
