Import large Hex File and be able to input number of rows and columns to use

I am trying to import a hex file (ff 04 67 e3 ....) that is large and I want to be able to take a data file like this and
import so each hex value has its own cell and I can tell the import to use 30 rows then start on the next row to import hex data.
When I try to use the normal import function of excel it will only populate the the row I clicked on until the end. Any suggestions?
