Subtotal Duplicate Values

Hi All

I previously had help on this one, but I have just realised that it’s not quite what I want.

Currently my macro searches for any duplicate values in the first column, then it counts the number of occurrence’s and totals them in the second column.

Rather than counting the number of duplicate values, I want it to Sum the values that are in the 2 column.

Any help will be appreciated

No need for a code, Pivot table does the job, but a code is attached.

thanks for the response, however the reason i have not used a pivot table, is because the data i want to subtotal is part of a much larger sheet. I have uploaded another sheet as an example, Sheet1 is how the data will look before the marco takes place, the sheet titled "after macro" shows how I would like the data to look.

I am still stumped, trying to get this macro to work

I want it to work in a similar way to the Subtotal funtion, only rather than Subtotalling each row, I want only want it to subtotal any duplicate rows. (the number of rows & quantities vary each time)

my current macro currently counts the number of duplicated rows, rather than summing the values in the adjacent column

I have attached an additional workbook, which shows how my data currently looks, and on the 2nd sheet is how i would like it to look.

any help will be much appreciated
