I was wondering if someone can help me with an excel sheet that I have. I am currently setting up a schedule sheet for some of our trainers at our school. We would like the data setup in a grid pattern like so

Date Instructor 1 Category Instructor 1 Category Description Instructor 2 Category Instructor 2 Category Description
5/13/13 Holiday Holiday Holiday Holiday
5/14/13 English 101 English composition History 101 American History
5/15/13 English 101 English composition History 101 American History
5/16/13 English 102 Creative Writing History 102 Civil War
5/17/13 English 102 Creative Writing History 102 Civil War

Each teacher will have 1 activity per day.

I wanted to run some pivot tables off of this but it is difficult with the way the data is laid out. I was wondering if it is possible to have the data automatically pull to another sheet in a better format such as below? This way I can more easily run these pivot tables.
