Please help quick, check multiple textboxes.

I don't understand why it doesn't work.

It has to check if txtStraatnaam AND txtHuisnummer are not empty, if they are not empty, it has to make a capital of the first letter of txtStraatnaam.Text. Then the rest of txtStraatnaam has to come up on the label, then a space, and then txtHuisnummer

Edit: It tells me that the first part is wrong
