Move selected row up or down with a command button

I have a spreadsheet and want the user to be to click an up or down arrow that contains a macro to move the selected row up or down. So, where ever they click in the spreadsheet would set the focus for the row and then they can use the up/down arrows to change the position of that row. The focus should remain on the selected row until another row is selected.

Not exactly. It's not moving the data up or down.

That's almost what I'm looking for but I don't want the rows above or below to be cleared. I want them to change positions.
