Open access from excel

Hello! I have an interface for device managing and I want to put a button to open access! I've put the following code

When I use it once it opens the access datase and when I close access then retry it reopen the database but with an error message:
argument or Invalid procedure call on this line AppActivate "Microsoft Access"

Can someone help me solve this problem please?
