Excel Macro to Group by bold subtotal rows (multiple levels of grouping)

Hi,

I am stuck on a macro to group the excel report in more than one group level. I have found the below code to be useful on first level of grouping, but am stuck on the 2nd & 3rd level of grouping. The final report should have 3 subtotals

1st level - shows Grand total
2nd level - shows subtotal of grouping by product category
3rd level - show subtotal of grouping by product

The report is already generated with subtotals so I am not looking to group using pivot table.
