Unhappy #NAME? Error - Sumbold via Macros

    Hello,

I have been trying to do a Sumbold formula in Excel/Visual Basics. I had it working momentarily using the below, however I did some changes to my spreadsheet and it will no longer work, I get a message #NAME? in the cell. I have taken it back to basics with no fancy colouring or borders etc and this is still happening.

The formulas used are as below....

    Any one help at all?

Thanks so much - this is driving me crazy!

    IN THE CELL ON EXCEL=SumBold(EL8:EL541)

    IN VB:-

The other formatting on your cells should not have an affect on this.

The #NAME error means Excel can't see the function. Make sure it is placed into a standard code module (Insert > Module), not a sheet module.

If you continue to have difficulty, click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post your workbook .
