Double click cell to activate outlook

Hi all,

Double click in cell of column 'I' will activate the following :
Copy that row from A:G & Paste it in outlook email message & open outlook

Type email address as '[email protected]' if item in column 'B' is xyz , if not type a common email as '[email protected]'

outlook 'display' option instead of 'send'

Is it possible???
