    Trying to set up Excel workspace view horizontally, top sheet 25% height of the screen

    Normally, when you go to View > Arrange All, arranging the windows horizontally will set your workbooks so that the active window is on top and all workbooks have equal screen "real estate" (50% each if it's just two workbooks). I'm trying to set up a macro that will set the workbooks horizontally but with the active (top) window at about 25% of the viewing space and the bottom window at about 75% of the viewing space.

    Recording the macro brings up two issues:
    1. Macro only works with active workbook and the second workbook used at the time of recording. I need this macro to be able to work with any two workbooks I have open as the filenames might be different each time.
    2. Macro only works with the screen used at the time of recording. I would like this macro to be able to work on any monitor size.
