Add procedure to PERSONAL.XLSB with a macro from another workbook.

Hey Programming novice here and I was hoping someone would know how to add a procedure to a module in the personal project with a macro.

The goal is to be able to run a macro and then have that macro also create other macros in the PERSONAL.XLSB project. That way other people can use the macros in PERSONAL.XLSB without having the file macro enabled.

I have code to add a module to another workbook, but I can't seem to find how to add it to the PERSONAL.XLSB

This is the code I used to add to another module, in case anyone wants to see how I am currently doing it.
