Copy and Paste with criteria

Hello:

I am using below code successfully to copy data from "Daily_Receipt" sheet to "Clock-In-Out" sheet.
Within the code I need to put a criteria:


Daily_Receipt cell O1 (Alphabet O and not zero) is the date (example : 5/1/2013).
Need to check if this date exist in column A of Sheet "Clock-IN-Out".
If it exist then show message : Date Exist, Do you want to copy, Yes, No.
If does not exist then complete the paste process.
