Find a keyword and replace with list of values from a column

Hi,

My Scenario is has follows,

An excel with a set of rows is available

i) Copy that set of rows.

ii) Paste it to n number of times below.

iii) Each time while pasting, find and replace should take place.

This find and replace should take place as follows...

Find a keyword and replace it with a list of values in a column

i.e when the keyword is found,replace it with first value in replacement list

While next paste, second replacement keyword should be inserted ..

Done...
