Insert Rows automatically after every time slot

Hi All,

I have done some macro recording but i only able to do halfway.
Could someone help me on this.

Sheet "Report" is the original report I export from a system
Sheet "Cluster B" is what i recorded half way
Sheet "Result" is what I would like the final result to be look like.

Could someone help me on the final Result?
3 point on the final result.

1. Insert row before time slot
2. indicate the time slot according to the data time slot
3. Title on every time slot (Row 9)
4. Restart the seriar no on every time slot (Column A)sample 1.xlsx

basically this report will have to do everyday.
the sheet "ClusterB" is what i record macro half way.
And I wan the report to look like sheet "FInal Result"

when u look at the sheet"clusterB", it consist of difference time slot.
I would like the marco to indicate the time slot above the header i/o of repeating it in every row. (eg. sheet"Final Result" B8)
The outcome will be like:-
Time slot 1
No Name HU Remarks Location
1 XX XX XX XX
2 XX XX XX XX

Time slot 2
No Name HU Remarks Location
1 XX XX XX XX
2 XX XX XX XX
3 XX XX XX XX
