I would like to do the macro that can highlight the specific text like
"ABAS OF"," THE ABAS" , "ABAS" if text containt like "ABAS" then it will highlight the cells?

Have you tried using conditional formatting?

abousetta is correct that Conditional Formatting will point these out. See the attached for the Test Case that proves his opinion.
