Update new and Call data back between two sheets

Hi Everyone,

I got this problem please help me to write code as follows,
1. When I press update new button the employee code + information two columns sheet "new eployee" go to fill in sheet data exactly position
2. When I press Call out button all information in sheet data appear exactly employee code + column "Des1" + Des2
