Highlight entire row based of multiple if conditions.

I would like to highlight the entire row if 3 conditions are met. Attached is a spreadsheet of raw data as well as the ideal results.

Assuming that the data is dynamic the number of rows will never be fixed; however column A will provide the range for each row tested.

    Thank you.
